KIM Kardashian smiles with kids North, 7, and Saint, 4, in her first post since troubled husband Kanye West’s breakdown.
The reality star shared the sweet photo with her followers, and added a simple love heart emoji in the caption.

Kim is crouched down between children North and Saint in one shot, who are both leaning on their famous mom, and in another she poses solo while modeling red pants and a matching bag.
Her post comes after she was forced to make a public statement in response to husband Kanye’s recent bipolar episode.
The mom-of-four asked for “compassion” and “empathy” for Kanye after he claimed he stopped Kim from aborting daughter North and started crying hysterically at his first presidential rally.
The rapper also posted a string of alarming tweets.
Not only did Kanye accuse mother-in-law Kris Jenner of being a “white supremacist” but he also claimed he’s been trying to divorce Kim for almost two years.
Addressing his behaviour, Kim wrote: “As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.”
“I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health. But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health.”
Kim continued in the story, “Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behavior know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor.

“People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgemental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try.”
Kanye – who was pictured with a huge grin on his face in Cody, Wyoming – later apologized for his behaviour.
Acknowledging he was wrong to share such personal matters with the world, he tweeted: “I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.
“I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you.
“Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”
